What we believe.

We believe that financial independence isn't just about the money. It's about having the freedom to decide what comes next—and having people around you who understand why that matters.

The mission of Women of FI is to create welcoming spaces for people to talk honestly about money, work, relationships, careers, caregiving, relationships, identity, and the lives we're building—while also connecting with a new friend or two!

We're building a different kind of FI community.

Money is part of your life. Not the whole thing.

In this community, we encourage everyone to bring their whole selves and welcome discussions that dive into the more fundamental issues we face.

Let's talk about the mental load we sometimes take on, work expectations, finding identity and purpose after FI, or how you can build a life that feels like your own. We're here for all of that and more!

  • Connection: Build relationships beyond one-time events.
  • Local: FIRE friends around the corner, not just the internet.
  • Emotional safety: Honest conversations without pressure or the need to already know everything.
  • Co-creation: We don't have all the answers, but we can find them together!
